SOURCE: Blower motor has only low speed

You may need to get the correct resistor, as they are designed to only allow so much amperage to go through them. If it is getting very hot it is runnig to many amps through it. It will eventually blow and you will need to replace it anyway.

SOURCE: Heater Blower Motor

Remove the glovebox door, and the under dash cover/trim panel.

Look behind where the glove box was, you will see the heater box

At the bottom of this box, there is a round plate with a wiring connector and 3 screws holding this plate to the heater box.

This plate is the bottom of the heater fan assembly; remove the connector, and the 3 screws. The fan motor will drop staright down. Real easy to do.

SOURCE: Blower motor on my 2001 Toyota Corolla

Yes could be the blower relay or loose ground in the blower circuit.
Try your local library they may have a manual with the cicuit diagram.

2000 Chevrolet Impala blower motor work from 1-4 but not on 5th speed why?

The blower motor relay is energized when the Blower Motor Control is set to the High position. This removes the blower motor resistors from the circuit and battery voltage is then applied directly from the HVAC BLO fuse (RH IP Accessory Wiring Junction Block) to the blower motor though the relay switch contacts. The blower motor then runs at high speed.

HVAC Blower Controls Circuit Description
The blower motor is a variable speed motor. The motor operates at a higher rate when voltage is increased to the maximum level.
The blower motor resistors reduce the voltage supplied from the A/C FAN fuse (LH IP Accessory Wiring Junction Block) when the blower control is set at low and medium speeds (speeds 1-4).

Where is the location of the speed relay for blower motor on a 1990 geo prizm

Not a relay but a resistor pack, and it should be mounted in the heater case, close to the blower motor-follow the wires from the blower motor back to the resistor pack. Unplug the connector and remove the screws holding the pack to the case, to remove and replace.

Toyota cressida blower motor only has 2 speeds

Could be the switch or wiring. The resistor can be checked with an ohm meter but they are substantial and not prone to turning up faulty when new.

A t600 kenworth 2000 model the blower motor only blows on high is it the resister

Yes - you diagnosed the problem yourself. The classic symptom of a heater that only blows on the "High" setting is a burned out/damaged or otherwise inoperative blower resistor.
Replacing the resistor should return the two missing blower fan speeds.

Trying to locate where the heater relay that hooks to the blower motor is located

It is mounted on the fire wall in a block of two or three relays depending on what equiptiment is standand in your vehicle. Its toword the left side near the ACand the blower motor units Like i said it depends on what you have some are intergrated into the motor . But if you have splice # S108 the goses to the relay and splits and goes to blower motor resistor unit then its the one on the far right hand side of the block. There all interchangable and work exactly the same. However the blower motor relay directs bat voltage to the blower motor olny at blower high speed setting. The blower motor resistors direct battery voltage at all other speed settings. S o in a nut shell if it works on high the relay is good and its the resistors or a connection issue. Try the connections first thats the most likely problem if you olny have high speed

1986 TOYOTA CRESSIDA FAN BLOWER DO NOT LAST BECAUSE IT ALWAYS WORKS ON HIGH

A heater motor only working on high is a sign of a bad heater blower resistor. It is mounted near the heater motor and is replaceable. (Normally behind the glove box door.)

My fan for internal heater only runs at hi speed.settings 123 don't work. Where in the passenger side is the fuse box for this?

It is not the fuse, cause the fan will work, the blower resister is the problem, this controls the speeds ,except for high,it is located neart the blower motor on the blower box,it will have a multiwire connector going to it,just replace it,and you will solve this problem.
