Sunds like its burned out best way too check clutch ,is to select third gear and try too drive away with hand brake on if the car does not attempt too move your clutch is faulty
your idle air control motor is messed up needs replaced first test with a voltmeter also check make sure you dont have no vacumm leaks pop the hood listen for a loud sucking noise check all vacumm lines make sure not came unplugged then check aic
