Timing chain jumped time, replaced chains and gears.now zero compression any cylinder.
It sounds like you had top dead center backwards. You need number 1 cyl at top of compression stroke when you align the gears. (Backwards means top of exhaust stroke) In this case valves would not bottom out so you can still fix it.
otherwise you've got blown valves from when it jumped... when timing jumps it can cause cylinders to strike valves and shatter them. The extent of damage is typically catastrophic. I hope you didn't start the engine yet.
Did you check the valve train- head to make sure no damage to valves or push rods if their good than need to recheck timing chain
