SOURCE: Audi A6 Misfires
You may have a coil pack going bad. They're on the front top of the engine - you'll see them if you follow the spark plug wires back. Do you have any codes from having the engine scanned? If you can get it scanned (AutoZone will do it free), post the codes up and we'll see which cylinder(s) are misfiring. From there, you can swap coilpacks around and see whether the misfires follow the packs or stay in the original cylinders. If they move, you have a bad coil pack or two. If they don't, since you've already changed plugs and wires, I'd see about having the injectors diagnosed to see if any of them are failing.
SOURCE: how do i change time on clock on 2005 audi a6 quattro s line
I think I can help you. I just did this on mine yesterday because my clock runs a few minutes fast each month. It was somewhere bizarre - sorry I'm not near the car to be more clear. I think I picked Sound, Settings and for some odd reason, it was there, rather than in Car, Settings. NOOO - it was in Tuning - click the AM/FM button, then Settings. I've only had it for a few months, but you'd think I'd have that one figured out due to re-setting it.

turn signal switch most likely. But it could have a faulty flasher relay. the signals and the hazards probably have seperate flasher relays and possibly on different circuits so check fuses as well
SOURCE: Oil level problem with 2005 Audi A6 3.0 TDI Diesel Quattro
My 2005 A4 3.0 convertible audi is not a diesel, but I had a similar experience with a low oil signal going on and after checking the oil, which was sufficient, and replacing the dipstick, the light did not come back on until a subsequent trip. The light usualIy went on when I was close to the needing an oil change. I've had the car, a used one, for about two years, and the oil light minimum signal started behaving like yours early. About a week ago the oil pressure warning light came on. I don't know if there's a relationship, but if there is be careful. Audis of our vintage have a problem with sludge build up that damages the oil pump, which is a costly item. If you drive the car with low oil pressure you may seriously/fatally damage the car. I don't know if the sludge, if that's what you have, can be cleaned out, but I'd do it if it can be. My mechanic advised me to trade the car to a dealer rather than fix it. Hope you have better luck!
