I need help mounting my 50 curved LED light bar with over the windshield mounting brackets for my Expedition

You will need to locate the belt tension-er. It looks like an idler pulley but it is spring loaded. You'll find a 1/2 inch square hole in the mounting bracket which you put a "breaker Bar" into then pull off the tension to release the belt. Slide it off the pulley as you hold the bar. You'll have to release the the out belt.
This doesn't have a tension-er as you'll find a slotted bracket with a bolt to loosen as well as the pivot bolt.

Also called Ignition Coil, is located at the back of the intake manifold...

Fig.: then remove the ignition coil and mounting bracket together from the engine.

Disengage the wiring harness connector from the ignition coil.
Disconnect the ignition wire from the coil.
Remove the coil mounting bracket bolts, then remove the coil and mounting bracket assembly from the vehicle.
The ignition coil can be separated from the mounting bracket.

To install:

If separated, loosely mount the ignition coil to the mounting bracket.
Loosely install the coil and mounting bracket assembly to the intake manifold. Tighten the coil mounting bracket-to-intake manifold bolts to 115 inch lbs. (13 Nm) and the ignition coil-to-mounting bracket fasteners to 96 inch lbs. (10 Nm).
Connect the ignition wire to the coil.
Engage the wiring harness connector to the ignition coil.
If removed, install the windshield wiper/motor module assembly.
Connect the negative battery cable.

Fig.: then remove the ignition coil and mounting bracket together from the engine.

Disconnect the ignition wire from the coil.
Remove the coil mounting bracket bolts, then remove the coil and mounting bracket assembly from the vehicle.
The ignition coil can be separated from the mounting bracket.

To install:

Loosely install the coil and mounting bracket assembly to the intake manifold. Tighten the coil mounting bracket-to-intake manifold bolts to 115 inch lbs. (13 Nm) and the ignition coil-to-mounting bracket fasteners to 96 inch lbs. (10 Nm).

Engage the wiring harness connector to the ignition coil.
If removed, install the windshield wiper/motor module assembly.
Connect the negative battery cable.

it should jsut click back in, if not you can always take it off and pop it backtogather and glue it back to the windscreen

3.3L & 3.8L Engines

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
   
2. Remove the windshield wiper/motor module assembly.
   
3. Remove the accessory drive belt.
   
4. Remove the bolt securing the top of the alternator mounting bracket to the engine air intake plenum.
   
5. Remove the bolts securing the outside of the alternator mounting bracket to the alternator mounting plate.
   
6. Remove the bolt securing the top of the alternator to the mounting bracket.
   
7. Remove the alternator mounting bracket from the vehicle.
   
8. Rotate the alternator toward the dash panel.
   
9. Unplug the push-in field wire connector from behind the alternator.
   
10. Remove the B+ nut and wire from behind the alternator.
    

Alternator removal-3.3L and 3.8L engines

1. Remove the bolt securing the bottom of the alternator to the lower pivot bracket.
   
2. Remove the alternator from the vehicle.
   

To install:

1. Install the alternator into position on the vehicle's engine.
   
2. Install the bolt securing the bottom of the alternator to the lower pivot bracket.
   
3. Connect the B+ wire and tighten the retaining nut to 75 inch lbs. (9 Nm).
   
4. Plug in the push-in field wire connector onto the back of the alternator.
   
5. Rotate the alternator forward away from the dash panel.
   
6. Install the alternator mounting bracket in position on the vehicle.
   
7. Install the bolt to secure the top of the alternator to the mounting bracket.
   
8. Install the bolts to secure the outside of the alternator mounting bracket to the alternator mounting plate.
   
9. Install the bolt to secure the top of the alternator mounting bracket to the engine air intake plenum.
   
10. Tighten all of the alternator mounting bolts to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm).
    
11. Install the accessory drive belt. Be sure the drive belt is correctly routed on the engine and correctly seated on all of the pulleys.
    
12. Install the windshield wiper/motor module assembly.
    
13. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
    
14. Verify the charging rate of the alternator.

This is a relatively easy task, the bulk of the work has been for you. The rear view mirror assembly simply slides onto that metal block that was glued to your windshield. Your mirror mount (the part that slides onto the metal bracket) may be cut differently or shaped different from the rest of that part. you simply need to line that up with the metal mount on your windshield. slide the mirror on and tighten down the set screw if you have one. I've listed the steps below

1. find the base mount for your mirror (this is the bottom of the mirror that sits on the windshield)

2. look for a cut out or flat part of the mirror base.

3. line the flat part of the mirror base with the metal mount bracket on the windshield.

4. slide the mirror onto the metal bracket (this may require you to wiggle while you slide the mirror onto the metal bracket).

5. tighten the set screw on the mirror base ( this is important because your mirror will vibrate off the bracket if you don't.

Note some mirrors slide from the bottom of metal mount bracket and some slide from the top. it sort of depends on the manufacturer and/or the way the bracket was installed.

NOTE: The windshield wiper pivot arms (17526) must be in the highest position to remove them.

1. Turn the ignition switch (11572) to the on position.

1. Turn the windshield wiper (17500) on.

1. Stop the windshield wiper pivot arms at the highest position by turning the ignition switch off.

1. Remove the windshield wiper pivot arm.
   1. Remove the pivot arm nut cover.
   1. Remove the nut.
   1. Remove the windshield wiper pivot arm.

1. Raise and support the hood (16612).

1. Remove the cowl grille seal.

NOTE: The two cowl grilles overlap at the center. The LH cowl grille must be removed first.

1. Remove the LH cowl grille.
   1. Remove the screw cover.
   1. Remove the screws.
   1. Remove the clips.
   1. Remove the pin-type retainer.
   1. Remove the LH cowl grille.

1. Remove the RH cowl grille.
   1. Remove the screw cover.
   1. Remove the screws.
   1. Remove the clips.
   1. Remove the pin-type retainer.
   1. Remove the RH cowl grille.

1. Remove the mounting arm and pivot shaft.
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
   1. Remove the bolts.
   1. Remove the mounting arm and pivot shaft.

Remove the Caravan Ignition Coil Step1 Look under the hood for a distributor. The spark plug wires connect into the distributor cap. If you don't see a distributor, you may have a model with a distributorless ignition system. Step2 Find the ignition coil. On a Dodge Caravan, the ignition coil is at the back of the intake manifold. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent injury while you work. Step3 Determine whether you need to remove the windshield wiper/motor module assembly. This won't be necessary on all models. Step4 Disengage the connector securing the wiring harness connector to the Dodge Caravan ignition coil. Then, disconnect the ignition wire from the ignition coil. Step5 Use a socket set to remove the mounting bolts. There are upper and lower mounting bolts. Separate the ignition coil from the mounting bracket. Install the New Ignition Coil Step1 Insert the new ignition coil. Mount the Dodge Caravan ignition coil to the mounting bracket. Step2 Attach the mounted assembly to the intake manifold. With a Torque wrench, tighten the fasteners securing the ignition coil to the mounting bracket with 96 inch pounds of torque (10 Nm). Step3 Tighten the bolts that secure the intake manifold to the bracket with 115 inch pounds of torque (13 Nm). Step4 Connect the wire harness and any other parts you removed, including the negative battery cable.
