SOURCE: AC blows cold or hot

if it is the same thing that is wrong with my frontier. check to see if the compressor is turning on when you use the ac. if not you might have a bad connection that is intermittantly preventing the compressor from getting the signal to turn on. get a service manual and a voltmeter and you can fix.

My 1999 toyota tacoma prerunner ran fin oil light came on aqnd it just shut off

Maybe you are low on oil and some cars are made like that to shut off when they run out of oil. So check the oil level and add as needed. if there is oil then maybe the oil pressure is low

Frame vibration at 30-35 mph and again at 60-70 mph newer tires balanced and re balanced, started several thousand miles after tire change to Michelin ltx's 2000 tacoma 4x4 91,000 miles

Find a tire shop that has a HUNTER GSP 9700 road force balancer. this puts a load on the tire and will find a bad tire, or rim, and it will tell the operator where the tire should be orientated on the wheel for best run out. If its a tire/wheel problem this will find it. Call a high end tire store or dealer and ask if they have one.

Suddenly loose steering

I had this problem and it was the rack bushings. I replaced them with Energy suspension ones. Toyota does not sell bushing for it, they sell the complete rack. You can check it by getting someone the turn the sterring wheel when its running. bend down next to the truck and watch the rack if this is the problem you will see the rack moving on the bushings.
