Check all fuses first. (amazing how others assume worst is wrong)
then SCAN it, you must scan this car. 2005 to now,!
if the air flow , just air is slow.
then that is the blower weak, dampers or the filter.
does it blow hard in recirc mode? too.
fix flow first, not the A/c gee.
did scan it, (omg damper errors)
did you do the HVAC auto calibration feature,?
or run the self tests stated in the FSM
did you even read the FSM> book yet?
all that and vast more is there...

there are 3 damper systems
i think the 2011 is 100% damper motor operated.
ie. not vacuum. not cables. my 2010 shows no vacuum damper servo's , sorry)

got DTC U0164? lost comms to HVAC?
see chapter 24 in the FSM, complex to the extreme.
vast numbers of HVAC errors. ignore them and fail.
did i say scan it?
i use the innova 3160 to see all jeep passive dtc errors.
( i can not send commands to do tests like the dealer can)

some jeeps it's and option this filter. did you read your operators guide first? for said filter.?????
others all have it.
http://www.justforjeeps.com/cabinairfilter.html?gclid=CLOsst_17sYCFVGAaQod3GoBBA

if not scan codes POT
replace the filter.

overcharging R134 makes the A/C weak, so avoid that.
but do ask how to check it using the gauges, with humidity and ambient temp . tables. can do .

the operator guide does not show the cabin filter.
http://www.jeep.com/en/owners/manuals/

on most jeeps fitted with filters
you remove glove box door, and there it is.
do not play there , until air bags are defeated per FSM
my guess is the FSM book only tells you how to do this due
to the air bag dangers(real)

keep in mind there are 3 levels of hvac, climate controls options front and even rear.
on some, only the high end ($$$) has a filter.?
here is one youtube vid. below.

it does work for 2005 to 10, WK jeeps

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KE2m_rsh2A4

some jeep do not have the filter casing at all
and needs an upgrade kit to have one

2010 can speak for 2011
missing?then:
First time installation requires housing Mopar number: 82208300

Could be low on freon. If so, add die with it. So it can be checked for leaks. There is an expansion valve in it that has screens on it. But is not a filter. If it is clogged, you have other problems.

Blend air door not working? Vacuum leak--bad check valve--bad actuator.

Testimonial: "Blend door actuator and gear were broken, replaced blend door actuator, but it is only turning one way. Should turn both ways, do you have any idea why? When the blower motor shuts off actuator turns one way only"

Why won't the air conditioner blow air?

The very first thing you need to do is to check for fuses or say faulty fuse. Secondly check fan which starts along with air conditioner, it might be manually switched off or the fan may have been clogged. Also reason can be lack of refrigerant - charge your air conditioner with refrigerant. Last thing you need to check is cooling coil - the cooling coil may freeze if there is no refrigerant in the system.

Winndscreen does not clear unless have air conditioner on

Blowing air across the windscreen does not necessarily clear away condensate from the inside. Water vapor condenses on any cool surface, and humid air blowing across a cool windscreen will result in more condensate on the windscreen. Often the air that blows across the windscreen is just humid AND heated, and doesn't solve the problem.
The air conditioner system performs two functions. Not only does it cool the air, it also extracts moisture, resulting in dryer air. Once the dried air is re-heated in the defroster system, it should allow the moisture on the windscreen to evaporate.
In other words, it sounds as though the defroster system is functioning properly.

Air conditioner not blowing cold air

go to a parts store such as Advance Auto Parts or Auto Zone and buy the A/C recharging kit they have with the rubber line and connector that connects only on the side that you need to recharge your system. If you can put air in your tires you can out freon in your a/c system.

Air conditioner on 2002 Pontiac blowing hot air, although freon is not low...also makes a clicking noise.

Take it to a garage and have them evacuate the system and refill with refrigerant. you have air and non condensibles in the refrigerant system.
