Are you talking about chevy cruze?
If you want torque specs on everything, get a factory manual. I just checked out ebay, they have a factory service manual for $24.95.
I don't believe this is a paper manual. Maybe a dvd or you access over the internet. If interested, make sure you read everything about this manual. They even have a link where you can contact seller and ask questions.
If you want torque spec for cylinder head or intake manifold, I might be able to find it, not the whole vehicle.

The torque specification and the sequencing is as follows:
1. Brake caliper bracket bolt (front): 190 N.m. , 140 Lb-ft
2. Hub to axle shaft nut: 205 N.m., 157 Lb-ft
3. Hub to knuckle Bolts: 100 N.m., 74 lb-ft

99 chevy malibu v6 3.1 engine, head bolt torque is-- 98 through 2001 is step1- 37 foot lbs, step 2- rotate an additional 90 degrees (1/4 turn). the rocker arm bolts are 168-in. lbs.

Head bolt torque is 65 ft lbs, use the below sequence, go over bolts 3x to reach final torque (not all at once to 65)
