The power steering fluid is used to create pressure for the brakes thus elliminating the need for a vacuum brake booster. If you are experiencing a steering fluid leak it is most likely because of a defective / leaky high pressure hose usually at one of the hose crimps. Do to the high pressures involved, it is not uncommon, after time for these hoses to to become weak/worn and develop leaks. Periodically flushing the power steering fluid can add to the life expectancy of these hoses
I changed that hose. But where the brake pedal pushes a rod into the hydro booster that where it's coming out of. Don't know if there's a seal in there that might be leaking
Thank you
ohh,its your booster, yes, there is a seal, its the brake booster that needs replacement

Your high pressure line is rotted out, replace it
Did that already
Thank you
still leaking?
It's leaking out of the hydro boost on the inside of the truck
Sorry Michael for the timely reply. If fluid is leaking on the INSIDE of the firewall, it will be due to a defective seal in the hydrboost unit. I am unaware of any seal kit that may be purchased to correct this issue. The only repair I would recommend is replacing the hydroboost assembly to correct this problem
