was the correct bulb used? this sounds like a single function bulb was used NOT the bulb that will light with the headlights and ALso produce turn singles
to change the front turn bulb if there are 2 screws you can unscrew them or if its fixed you will have to remove the front Grill including the plastic cover around the head lights to get to the back of the signal light and change the bulb
This may have more then one bulb in the front or possibly a bad socket try wiggling the new bulb in the socket to see if it will work.Compare all turn signal lights that come on the passenger side to those drivers side. Some vehicles also incorporate sidemarker lights with the turn signals.
1. Remove the inner fender
2. Disconnect the 3p connector from the front turn signal/side marker light.
3. Turn the bub socket ( 45 degree ), counterclockwise to remove the bulb.
4. Install a new bulb in the reverse order of removal.
you want to change the turn signal light? front yes to what ever side you need to change the access is to the back of the head light assy.
Front Turn Signal Light Bulb Size: 1157A Rear Turn Signal Light Bulb Size: 1157check too owners manual will show you how tothanks Lee let me know how it goes thanx
If one of the filaments in the bulbs is burned out, the remaining working lights will flash alot quicker. Check the bulbs, and replace if the filaments are broken. If the front bulb has a carbon build up it blown out...change it.. Once the bulbs are replaced your signals should work properly.
Your front turn signal socket is shot. Buy a new one at the dealer for about 30.00. It will fix it. You may be able to clean it and wiggle it to get it to work. But it wont last very long. I had the same problem. Replaced the socket and it is fine. Note: If one side is bad the other side it not far behind. Probably 2 or 3 months it will go also. Good Luck.
