On the dash the ShiftD2 light not on. When driving it slowly goes into gear then it hesitate before moving forward. How do you get to the ShiftD2 bulb.

These are the fuses for the solenoids in the valve body Inside the Transmission, they turn on & off as needed to shift.
Check all of those fuses, making sure they are not corroded or tarnished.
Make sure that your charging system is functioning properly.

SOURCE: noise from driver side under hood
This noise is likely caused by your intermediate steering shaft. The issue is well documented among Aura owners. GM claims that the noise is not a problem as far as safety or vehicle function though they will attempt to repair if brought in under warranty. If out of warranty, you can safely ignore it as nuisance.
SOURCE: The intermittent wipers sometimes continue
YOU COULD HAVE FAULTY WIPER CONTROL SWITCH OR BAD LIMIT SWITCH ON WIPER MOTOR.
