its the fuse inside the fusebox under the hood. the box is right in front of the battery. I had the same problem. 4 dollar part. look it up in the owners manuel and your good to go.

It is probably the relay. They are not very expensive. I would not try to rig this if you can avoid it. It leads to a risk of fire when people try to wire around the existing system.
Call your parts store and get a price quote on the relay. You will need to tell them if you have delay wipers or not.

If your wiper work on slow and high and delay does not work its wiper delay module need to be replace. Get one from a junk yard save you some cash, common on dodge vech. 04883827AA for windshield wiper motor delay module. hope that help some

can you move the linkage when you pulled the motor?

Check for blown fuses or go outside and turn the wiper on and see if you can hear the wipers trying to move. The bushings under the wiper arm might be stripped or not properly aligned. You might have a short somewhere also. Electrical problems can get expensive.

For anyone interested to know how we fixed this. It was the wiper delay relay behind the glove box that needed replacing. We tried one from a wreckers and it didn't make any difference. Went back there and tried another one and it worked a treat. So you might just have a try a few before you get a good one that works!
