Have you tried listening to see if you can hear the fuel pump run?

Try pounding on the bottom of the gas tank with the palm of your hand. Sometimes that can jar the fuel pump enough to get it to run.

You can also try putting a small amount of fuel in the throttle body and see if it starts. It won't run long but, if it starts, you know you have a fuel delivery problem.

sounds like possibly the timing belt has slipped or broken...or possibly a bad and plugged up catalytic convertor

If it wants to start with either then that says there is a fuel delivery problem.
Can you hear the fuel pump run? Maybe run for a few seconds when the key is first turned on.
Has it been run low on gas? Bellow 1/4 often or even empty? Those are good ways to kill a fuel pump.

If you have poured a few bottles 4-5 of dry gas and it still wont run,only option I know is drop all the gas and start anew

It is very bad to let your car run out of gas. You may need to give it exessive amount of gas when starting it.

Sediment from the bottom of the tank could be blocking your fuel filter. Replace your fuel filter.

U are going to have to pull the gas tank out and replace the fuel pump inside the tank, this is common when you run the gas completely out, the pump is cooled by the gas it runs in, if u run it low allot it burns out the pump bearings very quickly.
