Try contacting a dealer and tell them that you had the battery out and now the radio is locked. Tell them that you have the radio serial code. Depending on who you talk to they may provide it to you at the worst you will have to go to the dealer and confirm that you are in fact the owner. This can cost up to $25 or if they are cool about it they wont charge you anything.

If it is a factory fitted radio contact main dealer to retrieve code
If after market radio (fitted by you) contact manufacturer

If your sterio is model # M023805 then try CODE 5970
or 9201 if it is model number M131831
or if it is model number M205195 YOUR CODE IS 2565
or M164658 would be code 5541
Try 8742 for model M361815
on model L006942 try 6477

If not you may have to contact the dealer as a last resort.

you need to call any honda dealer or your dealer and if you give them your serial number off your radio they should do it for free but som try to charge this is the only way to get code or really look in your manual

All you need to do is contact your local Volvo Dealer and supply them with your VIN number and they will give you a six digit code for your radio
