Backprobe with a t pin or straight pin the connectors on the injectors and spin the engine over to see if they are being pulsed. One terminal should pulse and the other will not. Is it 350 or 454 ?

Pink wires are power feed and the other wires are ground switched. Get a test light and hook it to battery power and touch it to the non pink wires as you have someone spin the engine and see if you have pulsating light.

disconnect you battery. take something and fray back the plastic on the main hot wire on the coil. take another wire and wrapp it to the main wire you just frayed. now take that wire and run it to you ignition fuse. re connect you battery and see if your vehicle will start. if so than you have either a break or a short in you hot wire for your coil.

SOURCE: no start

if it runs on starting fluid its a fuel problem.. check fuel pressure even if its a couple of pounds off, the vehicle will not run. but using starting fluid may give you the extra poundage you need to make it run . also check vacuum hose at pressure regulator on fuel rail

SOURCE: no injection pulse

looking at the schematics, well the PCM controls the pulse width to the injectors , BUT , there is a injector coil fuse , its #2 in your kick panel fuse box , a 20 amp , check it , sure hope that fix ya . that would be sweet .

SOURCE: Chevy S-10 Start problems

If hall effect switch was bad you wouldn't get any spark. What year 2.5L is this?Is this a 2 injector Throttle Body? The pink wire on top of injectors comes thru a 20Amp fuse controlled by the Ignition switch you should have battery voltage with key on The dark green and dark blue wires come from the pcm which are called injector drivers the drivers supply a pulsating ground if you crank the engine with a test light between either pink/dk green or pink/dk blue test light should flash dimmlythat would mean injectors are being driven but there isn't any fuel at the injector or the injectors are bad no pulse means either a bad computer ( which these drivers are known for going bad)or the computer isn't being commanded to fire the injectors.

SOURCE: 1990 gmc 6500 topkick with no spark or injector pulse

You are jumping to conclusions. Slow down.
No spark AND no injector pulse indicates none of the desired outputs were triggered. The ignition module makes spark when it receives a crankshaft position sensor signal, and then transfers control of that spark to the computer after it starts. The module takes its crank sensor signal and generates an RPM count that it forwards to the PCM(main computer) which is used for triggering the injectors and controlling timing. SO, if you had a bad crank sensor OR a bad ignition module, you could lose both spark AND fuel. a coil would not disable injector pulse. modules RARELY fail in a manner that disables RPM reference to the computer causing it to not fire the injectors...At this point, I would TEST the crank sensor as the next step. If its easier, 1 of the wires on the module goes directly there so you can test the crank sensor at the module.

1993 gmc pick up 1500 fuel pump works but nouthing at the injections and no spark at the plugs

Is there a tach place on the distributor cap? If so, use a test light on that terminal, engine cranking, see if the lite pulses? A pink wire should carry voltage to coil or distributor cap. It goes got with the key on? Use a test lite and check for voltage. A couple of possibilities, check the ignition module and pickup coil in distributor. Does the distributor rotor turn when you crank it? With gm bypass ignition, it's the ignition module that controls spark during cranking rpms, not the computer.
There is an oil pressure switch in the fuel pump circuit, so once you crank it enough to bring up oil pressure and that switch closes, the fuel pump will run even w/o a rpm signal, but, for other components, the rpm signal is important.
The ignition module gets signal from pickup coil, engine cranking, then ignition module sends rpm signal to computer on purple wire with white tracer. If no signal, the computer won't ground the fuel injectors, among other issues.

My 1994 GMC safari van (4.3L.) won't fire up.Does this engine have a crank sensor?

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? I looked at your wiring diagram for your engine, didn't see crank sensor.
Make sure battery has a full charge. Engine cranking do you have spark at the plugs? If not, check primary voltage to the ignition coil, pink wire goes hot with key on, use a test light.
Engine cranking do you have a fuel injector pulse?
The computer has to see rpm signal, that comes from pickup coil in distributor to ignition module then to computer. From dist to computer, purple wire with white tracer, carries dc pulse, engine cranking.
There might be other issues.

92 chevy silverado truck will ecm" not let engine fire

If it has an ignition module and fuel injectors than absolutely.

Normally it is either missing spark but has injector pulse, this would typically be a bad ignition module or coil.

If it is missing both spark and injector pulse it is more likely a pickup coil in the distributor.

1994. GMC Sierra 1500. Why does it crank but won't start?

It appears you have a 5.0 or a 5.7 TBI motor. If you have no spark and/or no fuel injector pulse - the most common problem was the ignition module and the pickup on the distributor. Most aftermarket dists come completely rebuilt or new with module and pickup already installed. you need to line up and mark where the dist lines up with before removing. If you haven't ever pulled a distributor out before I would recommend getting someone that has do it instead. You can easily get it out of time and it will still not start after you are done.

Bleeding the fuel injection system

Why?

You turn the key on

Fuel is pumped to the fuel rail under pressure

Once you have a crank signal, the injectors pulse
& blow out any air into the cylinders, then just fuel

You need to be more detailed in what YOU TESTED SO FAR
& HOW

Do you have Spark?
Is the Fuel Pump coming on?
Is there 40 # or more on the fuel rail?

Timing Belt or Chain turning the cams?

TBI fuel injectors will not open So truck does not start

A number of possible problems unfortunately. The most common problem would be the ignition module.

Fuel system.....all of a sudden nothing , won't start. not getting fuel. Fuel pump is making noise....will start, then stalls, no smell of fuel. Holding gas pedal down, nothing, no smell of fuel.....fuel...

I once worked on a Buick that did this. Try spraying starting fluild in the throttle body. If it starts and runs until it burns the fluid off, replace the fuel filter. If it still doesn't run after this, remove the ignition control module (found under the coil where all your spark plug wires come from, or under the cover on the 4-cylinder model) and have it tested at Auto Zone. If the 'lamp' circuit in the module doesn't work, the fuel injectors won't fire. The PCM uses the reference signal from this module to pulse the fuel injectors in the correct order.
