Does the car have any other relay or fusses in other place?

The driver side radiator fan is not working in high. Both fans start working at low, but when it gets hotter the driver side fan turns out. I already change the fan's motor but it wasn't the problem, I also check the relays and fuses that are in a box at the passanger side of the motor and they also are ok.

Have you checked under the dashboard yet? Today's cars and trucks have two fuse boxes. The first is on the driver's side of the vehicle, usually under the kick flap to the left of the brake pedal. There should be a pop-off cover or box located on the firewall that contains a number of fuses. It isn't likely to be a fuse fault, though.

It sounds like you are experiencing problems with a thermocouple style switch. In other words, when the the switch or device reaches a certain temperature, it switches off.

To find this particular device, you will have to obtain a service manual for the electrical and fan systems and then you will have to find the diagrams that cover the fan. Study them and you will likely find that there is a special symbol there that shows there is a heat-activated or thermocouple switch. If you identify it and feel comfortable handling the job, remove the old switch and swap in a new one. The chances are good that this is the whole problem. I honestly doubt it was a fuse in the first place.

One other suggestion is this, look to see if there might not be a cooling system switch that handles this function. You'll need the service manual for that, too.

I have a 1999 Cadillac Deville and my engine fan quit working. How can I tell if it's a relay or my fans?

If you make a jumper wire and jump the load side of the relay and the fans work, it might be the relay or it might be the control side of the relay not getting the signal from the temperature switch. If you jump the load side and the fans don't work it's either the fan motors or a wiring issue between the relay and the fans.

Fans not working ,or dont go fast enough on to keep radiator cool

check fuses, check fan relays , per fsm
Fsm = factory service manual.
alldata.com
there are 3 cooling fan relays Hi/low and control
the ECU outputs only high and low.
the ECU is hard coded, (softrware) to run fans. and uses
the ECT as the input sensor.
so if the low is dead the relay is dead.
if the the high is dead , high relay is bad.
if the relays look the same, why not swap them to see if the
2 fans switch fail mode.

Radiator fan not working

Your Fan Control Module or FMC is the long black relay located underneath your coolant bulb, It is mounted onto a bracket on the drivers side shock tower, to test your fans you can take off the temp sensor located on the drivers side tank on your radiator, jump the terminals and the fan should come on in low speed, turn your ignition to the on position and jump them and it should turn onto high speed.
The best solution is to wire the fan to a 12v switched power source on high speed.

Have two codes 1490 and 1489 what are they and how do i fix them

It's most likely low speed fan control relay circuit trouble.
There are separate relays and control circuits for high and low speed for the fans. This way if one messes up the other one should still work. Relays are in relay/fuse block under the hood. There is a diagram under the relay box cover that shows the function of each relay. The relays just plug in.

1489 = High Speed Fan CTRL Relay Circuit - An open or shorted condition detected in the control
circuit of the high speed radiator fan control relay.

1490 = Low Speed Fan CTRL Relay Circuit - An open or shorted condition detected in control circuit of
the low speed radiator fan control relay.

Either the relays are gone or the connector isn't plugged in, probably the connector if both the low and high circuit is out.

Engine heat get high & whats kind of fan radiator suitable

i am familiar with the car and the problem . the best thing to do is go to the local parts store and ask for an adjustable thermostat fan switch its about 40 dollars you wire it to the battery the fan and a ground mount it near the battery start the car and adjust the knob to the desired fan turn on temp . to fix the setup you have there is a fan turn on temp switch on the passenger side head toward the rear should have one wire on it that grounds the relay on the radiator support . 87 should have one fan one relay sometimes the relay burns and melts the plug you have to buy a replacement plug from a parts store along with a relay so to test it ground the sensor wire with the key on and fan should turn on if it does that's the problem you could also buy a low temp one from summit racing.com the fan will turn on sooner if it still wont turn on the relay is the next culprit check if you have power and a ground with key on at relay plug if you do the relay is bad change it . hope this helps

Replaced fan relay but now lowing fuses

This might be a ground wire loose somewhere. Or a hot wire exposed to a ground. Electrical problems are the worst part of a car to fix. Try to replace just the wires or the entire harness to the fan relay.
Hope this helps.
