Thermastate and high heat

I replaced the top Thermastate by my jeep Grand Charokee still gets high heat when the car is not moving. I can hear the radiator bubble. Last week the top hose going into the engine block burst, which I replaced along with the top thermastate. My friend thinks I put it in backword, but the same thing was happening before I replaced it.
Any thoughts.

My 96 Grand Charokee sat for 3 years. I can't get it to start.

What about the fuel, was it drained and the system flushed. Gas turns to goop after this long and will barely burn.

I have a 1999 jeep grand charokee and my power window dont work no fues or relay .....

There's a small motor inside that is probably shot. Of course the switches have a tendency to stop working if treated harshly. If you hear the motor run but no movement, its an armature broken or even a missing pin. You'll want to check armature anyway since if stuck it'll burn a motor easily.

95 jeep grand charokee laredo hard to start,

Check your spark plug, wires, distributor cap and finger. If you spark plugs older than 15000ml, replace them. To check your spark plug wires, use a tester (U can buy at any auto store) you hold direct on the wire and a small sparkling will show you if the wire works or not. You can check the wires also with this: use a single spark plug (don't remove one out your engine!), remove the wire from first SP, connect it with the single SP, hold it to ground, let someone start your engine...you need to see regular sparks.. do this step by step with all 6 wires. If all wires are fine, check the SP's, If you miss on one wire, replace the wire, if you miss on more than one, chekc the distributor cap and finger. If this items are older than 20000ml or 5 years, replace them.
