You should have the plugs, plug wires, air filter if needed, pcv valve, fuel filter, also check for any vacuum leaks, there is a website and app for your phone called repair pal it will not only tell you what you should do to your car at what milage but also tell you what the labor rates are in your area. Check out the site, Good Luck!

They should replace the plugs, fuel filter, check and replace the air filter if its dirty, as far as cost every shop has a different hourly rate and their mark up on parts is different as well. you could be looking at around 200. this is just a guess.

Transmission fluid

When I changed the transmission oil on my 88 Buick lesabre limited I took 6 qts of Dextron VI, and it is also wise to change the transmission filter. U can purchase the transmission filter kit from any auto parts store, not neccessarily the dealer. This is the best change for the vehicle.

How much would it cost to change the intake plenum on a 04 Buick lesabre

At a shop depending on where you live and what the labor rates are you can expect around $300 for labor and around $150 - $250 for the part.

Which is much cheaper than waiting until it fails completely. Then you could expect tune-up and possibly a starter along with a cooling system service.

2000 Buick Lasabre jerks

By jerking I am assuming you mean abrupt shifting? If so, my 2000 Buick Lesabre did the same thing going from first gear to second and then again when it went into overdrive. The culprit was the pressure control solenoid in the transmission. There is a pressure test to determine if it is bad. Apparently sediment from the trans fluid can cause this soleniod to stick and this coould be the cause of your problem.

2000 Buick LeSabre Struts

Yes there are struts on the front and shocks on the back. 2 of each. They are around $50-100 for the fronts. $30-100 for the rears depending if the car has air ride or not.
