Is there a fuse that would keep 1994 Chevy Astro van from starting

First turn signal lights didn’t work do purchased new headlight assembly now headlights don’t work but high beams works. Check Dimmer bim come on my dash. Help please

I would first check fuses. Make sure you have power to and from the bulb sockets. If not power make sure wiring, grounds and wiring connection are good. Verify you have power to bulb socket, may have bad socket but unlikely all went out at same time. My last thought make sure you have power to and from switches.
Not sure what vehicle you have but these are my thoughts in general.

Some vehicles may have a fuse for blinker and even separate fuses for high and low beams. You could have relays for blinker, low beam and third relay for high beam.
If you go to google and put your year make and model also put fuse box diagram or owners manual you may find your fuse box diagram.
example 2015 GMC terrain fuse box diagram
You may have several link pop up if you look through them you may find one which works.
Hope this helps.

1990 HONDA ACCORD WON'T TURN OVER TO START BUT IT WILL ROLL START. I HAVE CHANGED THE ALTERNATOR AND TESTED THE IGNITION SWITCH STARTER RELAY SEEMS FINE CLUTCH SWITCH SEEMS FINE MAIN RELAY IS FINE

About the only thing you didn't mention was the starter itself. You could have it tested. But before that, try to see if you have power on the small wire to starter solenoid on the starter, when key is held in cranking position. Pull the small wire off and check for power with a multimeter or a testlight while someone holds the key in crank. This is the signal wire from ignition switch that closes the elec. contacts inside solenoid so the starter gets full power from the battery to spin. (This wire also is in the circuit with the clutch switch and the starter relay.) If you have power on this wire in crank, it is very likely the starter is bad. If there is no power, check that circuit out. It is losing power somewhere from switch to starter solenoid. Good luck.

90 f150 fuel pump wont come on check relays and reset not getting pwer to the pump

There could be a few different reasons for power loss. Due to the age of the vehicle I really do not have many pictures for you but will do my best to explain what I would look for but there are a number of "checks" to do in order to narrow down the power loss. At the conector at the fuel cut off switch is there power at the brown wire ? While trying to start there should be power at all times. If the key is turned just to the "on" position you should have power there for a few seconds until the fuel pump relay clicks back off. Do you physically feel the fuel pump relay engauge when turning the key on or trying to start ? There is the EEC relay right next to the fuel pump relay, Is that one clicking that you can physically feel when touching it with your finger while someone is turning the key ? Below is a picture (basically) of your fuel pump relay and its terminals. Where the red arrow is there should be power at all times. Is there ? Also at the same place on the EEC relay there should be power at all times as well. If you are not geting power to the brown wire at the cut off switch and you do not have constant power at that terminal at the fuel pump relay or EEC relay there is a 20 guage fuse link going to those that terminal at the relays. Again I do not have pictures but can tell you it will be a yellow wire coming from the terminal I am pointing out with the red arrow. You can follow that yellow wire from either relay to the fusible link I am talking about. The fuse link should be blue in color. If you have power before the fuse link but no power after the fuse link then that fuse link is bad. There are separate fuse links for both relays but they are the same color and the wire you want to follow from either relay will both be yellow in color. The last thing you may want to check is the ground wire at the fuel pump (the black one) If not geting a good ground check the connectors and splices and you can also clean the ground location for the fuel pump. The main ground for the fuel pump is on the left hand side of the radiator support. Hoping you understood all that. I've been working on Fords for more years then I want to so I just happen to know these things and the software I have for my shop as I said doesn't really give great pictures. Just the basics on older vehicles. If you have any questions or you want to let me know what you found or didn't find, feel free to replt/comment here or you can email me directly at [email protected] and we can take it to the next step once the first "checks" are done in order to repair the problem. Hope this helps.
