Probably a blown fuse. Fuse panel for that is in the passenger foot well area up on the firewall. If I remember right its fuse 34? Its on the bottom row close to the right end of the row.

I had the same problem just replaced 10amp fuse in main box rhs under hood. the fuse is located in multifuse holder yellow pry of gently replace fuse and it worked.
The DVD system on these cars is powered by the same fuse that powers the 12V outlets (cigarette lighters). Its pretty common for a phone charger to blow this fuse. The owners manual should tell you where the fuse is located
Faulty reciever ,,, Worth checking the plug assy for internal damage . Check that the sat receiver is within the power capabilities of the vehicles acessory plugs < 10amp .
Sounds like a fuse issue. Locate your fuse panel, either under the hood or under the dash. The back of the fuse panel will have a guide to let you know what fuse is which. Look for the lighter or outlet fuses and pull them. If they are blown then simply replace with the same type of fuse.
should be only 1 fuse ,but look to see if thete is another fuse in the fuse box, also make sure the wiring that goes into the mirror is not a loose connection ,follow it as far as possible under the dash and thru the side of the car into the door[ at this area especially] wires sometimes get crimped or broken.
