As far as I know there is only one fuse panel and it's located on the side of the dash on the drivers side.
Based on the layout for a 2006, fuses 35, 35 and 38 may be what you need to check.

Unlikely. Find the main fuse box in the passenger compartment.
SOURCE: Front and center console 12v accessory power outlets not working
look under the drivers rear seat for the rear fuse block it will be under a black box right there
SOURCE: No power to cigarette lighter/power outlet (front & rear)..
Replace the 15 amp ACC fuse that is in the fusebox under the dash. See if this eliminates your problem.

if you don't have an owners manual try here for owners manuals online: www.edmonds.com
you can also get a 12 volt tester and find it that way
SOURCE: no low beams bulbs are ok fuses look good
There may be a relay that operates the low beam lights, check the owners manual to see if there is a relay, you should be able to hear it go "click" if there is one.

Ok, heres the fix, 3 amp fuse marked windows / locks in the underhood fuse box. Changed it out and everything works again. Hope this helps you.
Fuse #9 feeds the power outlet and fuse #18 feeds the lighter outlet. They are both located in the fuse box in the trunk, next to the battery. If you open the trunk and lift the floor up you'll see them hiding under there. The numbers should be called out on the cover for the fuse box.
