I would think that the blueish smoke is most likely from the valve stem seals leaking. When they leak they allow a small amount of oil to pool on the top of the pistions. When you start the engine it will smoke for a little bit then it will clear up. I would look in to changing these, however it will require removal of the lifters, valve spring,ect. Another suggestion is to try running an oil thicking product such as Lucas Oil Treatment or NO SMOKE.

Hi,
The Code 13 refers to the camshaft position sensor and should be fixed ASAP since it can cause the engine to shut down without warning, You can replace the unit in under thirty minutes. Plan on paying about $50 for the part on eBay or Amazon.
The replacement should clear up the P0044 HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 3) reading.
