Hey Salvador,
I do need more details as to what is wrong with your differential... bearings, gears, carrier,,,???
Please repost and give more details...
If you have a local drag strip near you, go there, ask who is the best mechanic around.... than ask him about finding a good mechanic that can repair and set-up a rear end..... drag racers know how to repair and set-up rear differentials!!
There is a drain plug and a upper fill plug on the front differential, and believe it's in the passenger side. but i could be wrong on the side. The age thing but you can see both of the plug than you need to drain and re-fill.
It is called a rear end. Your best bet is to find a good used one at a salvage lot. You should have good luck as all of the isuzu's were clunkers. Aamco will rape you!
No. This is a cheap repair even if you take to Chrysler or any repair facility. All they do is drop the drive line and remove the pinion nut and remove the seal and tap the new one into place. Should only take them about an hour at most to do this.
