All your fluids up to snuff, perhaps its condensation in the muffler(s).
Where is the oil going you say it is a leak.

Testimonial: "When I got my oil changed 2 months ago at firestone, They told me I have a small oil leak, but my truck just starting smoking about 2 1/2 weeks ago. It only smoke ever now and then when I crank it up. I had got new spark plugs and wires put on it last week."

take a sample of the exhaust with a container while it is smoking and cap the container, it could just be as I said condensation, or it could be loose grime passing through the motor, the new oil cleaned the internal, this is good to a point. The oil leak had to be external not internal, right?

I have a 98 Volkswagen jetta and white smoke started coming from the exhaust, not sure if put in too much oil,or if its something more serious, like broken gaskets.need advice!

Hello there,
It seems that you may face a problem with your car. Types of
smokes coming out of tail pipe are as follows:
WHITE - Water coolant leaking into engine or Cracked
Cylinder head.
BLUE - Oil leaking in to combustion chambers that is an
Engine problem. Piston Ring faulty
BLACK - Engine is flooded with Gas. Clogged Air Filter
GREY - Trouble in Transmission Fluid. Faulty Vacuum
Modulator.

I hamve a suzuki 2006 reno with only 42k mi and it just started blowing white smoke out of the tail pipe and leaking oil out of the bottom of the motor on the passengers side behind crankshift

get it serviced?
if you dont know what oil leaks are or how serious
then get it serviced now,
stop driving it. or burn up a good (hope) engine.
call a tow truck, is best possible end results.
but
open hood, and turn the oil filter CW to tight.
look for road collision damage under car, first.
google how to tighten a filter, oil, see wix filter page, read.

My 2005 gmc canyon just started blowing smoke out tail pipe but it doesnt do it everytime i start it. is this bad?

Possibly a leak in the head gasket. Take out the plugs and see if they are water wet. Run a compression check.

My 85 honda accord is blowing white smoke out of the exhaust pipe in the rear and it appears to have something dripping onto the heat shield under the car, what do you think could be the problem?

check the brake system for any leaks. check the master cylinder for leaking out the rear of it. if you take the master cylinder nuts of that hold it to the power brake booster and slide the master off the booster and look at the rear of the master to check for a fluid leak or dampness. if you see this replace the master cylinder. also sometimes the power booster will suck the fluid were its drawn into the engine and burnt and the smoke will look white. another thing that causes white smoke is a bad head gasket as the coolant is sucked into the combustion chamber and burnt, it can also leak externally and cause the dripping you see.

No power when I step on the gas and is smoking bad

Smoke from tail pipe or smoke from under hood?
A general rule of thumb if it is coming from tail pipe the color of smoke will tell you a lot.

White and thick means head gasket failure, Blue means oil is being burned.

I would recommend you check the seal of everything and make sure it is cleaned that had to do with vacuum or fuel distribution. EGR valve (gasket fails sometimes) IAC valve, MAP and MAF sensors, Fuel injectors, FPR (this will need replaced if leaking),

Also check you coolant and oil look for signs of either one mixing with one another, smell you coolant and make sure it don't smell like gas either, look around where the head meets the block and make sure you don't have any coolant leaking there. The smoke if from the tail pipe makes me think head gasket and these are simple checks. They are not 100% diagnosis but can lead you to the problem.

Also one obvious thing would be make sure no one put anything in your gas tank.

I would most likely look at the injectors first then the head gasket next.

Water not going in moter ,white smoke blowing from rhe tail pipe

Hi, If water is Not going your cooling system, check : - cooling liquid level ( it should in normal level) - air lock in your cooling system ( You can run your ca for minutes then top up liquid to disable this problem) - water pump ( it should working normal and has no leaks on its seal)
White smoke blowing, please check : - Valve seals for leaks - Oil seals for leaks - Compression on your combustion chamber
You will need a basic knowledge of car system to do above tasks.

Missing 2 cylinders, no heat, oil leak. 300zx HELP ME PLEASE

If you have no heat at all and its smoking white out the tail pipes then you have a blown headgasket. That is why you aren't running on 2 cylinders.

Check you coolant level to see if you have a blown head gasket. The tick is from not having enough oil in the engine. Oil always leaks from these but not too often its the rear main, just depends.

Does it smoke white out the tail pipes?
