Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) P0046 is defined by SAE J2012 as "Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control "A" Circuit Range/Performance".
Please note that this is a CIRCUIT code. This means that the electrical circuit for your boost control is not operating within its designed "window of operation". The circuit must be properly diagnosed to determine the actual CAUSE of this code setting.
Specific vehicle/circuit information, as well as proper testing equipment and techniques will be required.
