It cuts power to the fuel pump when the car suffers crash damage.

The inertia switch is located in the footwell behind the trim on the right-hand side of the vehicle, forward of the front door post, below the fascia. A finger access hole allows the driver to reset the switch.

i dont think GM usesinertia switch thats ford. but you could check the gas pump relay, or a fuse for example, the inertia switch on fords is in the trunk or close to drivers front door

92 Diamante inertia switch location

my 1996 nissan quest, i do not know Left kick panel near the hood release handle look for a hole left side just ahead the left door push down to reset the inertia switch. Good luck

i belive it does not have one. you have only engine control reley(K46) engaged by ECU and fuse(F28)
