Wire is shorted somewhere in the turn signal circuit. Start at the bulb and trace backwards looking for a break in a wire or a pinched wire. These problems are difficult to find and take a lot of time....
Good Luck.
Also. DO NOT TRY A FUSE LARGER THAN 10 AMP unless you want a toasted car...

SOURCE: 1996 ford f150 blows the 10amp fuse going to the speed odometer.

I'm glad you found what was causing the fuse to blow. A wiring diagram is almost a must when troubleshooting electrical. you may be able to find that sensor at a pick-a-part or wrecking yard. Just be extreamly careful, it is very easy to set off the air bag. Make sure that all power is off before working around that area.

Turn signals dont work.but the hazards wirk.on a 04 aztek

the Hazards and blinkers are usually on different circuits. gotta start at the basics work your way through the system. Check your fuse panel, might as well check all your fuses and replace all blown fuses. if you don't find a blown fuse then I would check the bulbs, if they are the same bulds as the Hazards then you know there good. then I would check for power at the Multiswitch ,the multiswitch is the blinker, cruise control, wiper switch usually on the left side of the steering wheel. if you have power at the switch then replace the multiswitch.

2000 Saturn blowing pcm fuse

There are two PCM 10amp fuses that power the computer. The computer provides grounds to some 20 or 30 different circuits. Any one of those circuits could blow one or both of the 10amp fuses.
I would probably unplug the PCM and see if the fuses still blow. If not, you will need to pin test each circuit from the PCM to find the short. And you'll need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams for those circuits.

Check engine light is on code is p0705 coolant light comes on

Was it the "Backup Fuse 10Amp" under the hood? I'm having the same problem. Check engine light and low coolant light same time. Also found the backup lights quit working and so did the cruise control. I found the wire harness for the Neutral Safety Switch PRND1L had chaffed on the switch case and caused the fuse to blow. I repaired and insulated the wires & replaced the fuse. All is well.
