2007 chevy equinox license plate light won't work after bulb and fuse replacement

Already replace bulbs and fuse 14. Saw something about fuse "under seat". Are there fuses under the seat? Looked at fuse 14 in engine compartment AND under passenger side interior panel

The most obvious signal that there is a problem with the license plate light is when the lamp is not lit when you turn the headlights on. This could either be a problem with a relay switch, a loose connection or the license plate light has burnt out and needs to be replaced. Most license plate lightbulbs are the same, but you should always check with an auto parts store or contact a professional mechanic to replace the lightbulb with the right one.
The license plate light is more important than most people would assume, as when it's illuminated, it's not a problem. When it breaks, it can lead to safety and legal problems. When you notice that the light is not working, contact a mechanic so they can replace license plate light as soon as possible.

2013 Chevy taho both license plate lights are out and the bulbs are good. Been searching for the fuse for a very long time today and I still haven't gotten the answer please help

According to a post on Traverse Forum, the issue might not be with the bulbs themselves, but rather with the connectors that slide onto the bulb. These connectors may be corroded, which could prevent the bulbs from working . Another possibility is that the lens the bulb attaches to may be full of dirt, especially if you live in a dusty area .

If neither of these solutions work, it's possible that there is a problem with the fuse for the license plate lights. The license plate lamps are powered by the 10 amp left parking light circuit fuse located in the under hood fuse panel. If any of your parking lamps on the left side are out, this could be the problem. If those lights are working, then the fuse should be good. The fuse is easy to get to, so it's worth pulling it out and reseating it or replacing it .

Try using a trouble light to see if your getting current to the bulb socket. You may have a broken wire somewhere.

2007 Expedition no rear taillights or license plate lights. One fuse under hood was blown(25amp) replaced it and checked other fuse and relay-all good. Still no taillights??

Either the bulbs need replacing (minor electrical surge) or you have wires grounding out prematurely. Check the all the fuses one more time, there could be something directly related.

Bulb on license plate is out and cruise control. 2004 cavalier

The two problems should not be related to one another. The the fuses for the park lights and the cruise control. The license plate bulb is wired along with the rest of your park lights. If the rest of the park lights are working then check for power and ground at the bulb holder. If you have both there, check the bulb and the fit again. If no power or ground is there you will have to trace the wires. If the fuse is not blown to the cruise control, more information is required to trouble shoot any further.
