Any fuse found to be open should be changed with a correctly sized (amp rating) replacement (see your manual or fuse box cover for details). Fuses that are not blown or open are "good" and need not be changed - unless they have a higher amperage rating than the manual calls for (suggesting that someone has replaced it with an improperly sized one).
