My Peugeot 207 has a horn fault. When left parked in drive horn will go off and sound constantly.

Tried locking, unlocking doors etc but still sounds. Have to remove fuse. Will be ok for maybe a few days then sound again. Any Suggestions on where to begin fault finding.

Many French vehicles made with airbags have issues with the "horn ring" (the part of the steering wheel that provides ground connection for the horn switch, triggering the horn relay). Find the horn relay under the hood of the vehicle, and disconnect it. You should measure 12V at the terminals of the connector (the CONNECTOR not the RELAY itself), but NOT GROUND CONTINUITY (unless you hit the horn button, of course). If you find ground continuity at any of the terminals of the connector, suspect that you have an issue within your steering column.
If you find no ground continuity in the connector, check across the secondary terminals of the RELAY. If you find continuity at the secondaries on the relay, replace the relay.

My central locking and manual entry to my peugeot 207 has stopped working completely, i cannot gain access to my car.

Both radio key and manual rely on the car battery to trigger the central locking == if the battery is 100% flat you can't get in ... I assume by now you have called the AA (or garage) .. if not, you may have to crawl under the car with a stick to release the bonnet lock

Passenger door has dropped and has to be lifted to close can any one give any guidance

It sounds like the hinge bolt came loose. If it comes loose, the door can sway up and down. I would check that, and if this is the case, get somebody to help you by lifting the door up on the end of it while you tighten the bolt. You have to get it just right, it may take a few times.

I can't turn my peugeot 207 wipers off even with the car locked

This is most likely a fault with the self-parking circuit for the wipers, or a sticking relay associated with the wipers.

A tricky fault to diagnose without good auto electrician skills/tools.

Is there some way to lock a Jaguar 2004 X-type without using the remote entry control?

Sounds like you may have anouther problem, the horn should only 'peep' if you have left something open, like the boot (trunk), a rear door etc. In normal circustances the horn should not sound.

Constant door unlocking, random honking

There is probably an aftermarket security system on the vehicle or an aftermarket remote start - this doesn't really sound like a GM problem.
