Here is the explanation from engine-codes.com

P1259 Honda Description
The VTEC system activates the VTEC solenoid valve by command from the powertrain control module (PCM), and it charges/discharges the hydraulic circuit of the VTEC mechanism that is installed in the valve system to switch valve timing between Low and High. The PCM monitors oil pressure conditions in the hydraulic circuit of the VTEC mechanism according to the VTEC oil pressure switch downstream of the VTEC solenoid valve. If there is a disparity between oil pressure condition in the hydraulic circuit that is determined by the PCM command, and the oil pressure condition that is determined by the status of the VTEC oil pressure switch, the system is considered faulty and a DTC is stored.

95 accord error code check engine code 21

This code is for a V-Tec valve control failure, which is why it doesn't come on until you hit 4200rpm. That's when the system activates. Check your connections at the V-tec solenoid/valve on the back of the head. You'll likely see it leaking quite a bit of oil leaking down the back of the engine from it. Don't bother messing with it, replace it. And don't use any kind of additives in your oil. (Slick 50, etc) These products notoriously clog the V-Tec valves. Good luck!

Engine code p0740 ????????

Make sure you report the problem to the National Highway Transportation Safety agency (www.nhtsa.gov). Also-research the web and you will find hundred similar complaints and a successful class action lawsuit in California against Honda for 1999-2001 Accord transmissions that showed the same malfunction code. The California settlement required Honda to repair transmissions and extend warranties up to 109,000 miles and 93 months.

All Hondas operating with that 3.0 and 3.2 litre V6 have tremendous transmission problems.....the fix is usually the lock up solenoid,,,,I have seen problems with this code also it was the VSS vehicle speed sensor.... I have had Accords/Acura 3.0 litre with major transmssion failure as well as paying 2500 for a rebuild and going back to get it done right...the tranny builders have problems getting these right ..if you decide to have your tranny rebuilt they are not ripping you off,,, some of the clearences on the bushings to drums are .002 thousandths close..using scotch tape to measure the fit...you can not go into the valve body if you do not know about trannys..it is critical..the only home remedy is to drain the trans,,,use honda genuine transmission fluid it is 8 bucks a quart...disconnect your battery terminals for more than 30 minutes which will reset the code now you know it...after 50 miles it will come back if the solenoid is bad or is stuck..the code is a malfunction in the circuit not the solenoid soley...sorry I wish I could guide you to a better FiX!!!!

What do the code blank 1 mean for 2001 honda

I'm not sure of your question, but if you are asking what one light flash of your check engine light means, it means the primary heated O2 sensor circuit is either low or high voltage. The code deals with the condition of your Oxygen Sensor (upstream--before--your catalytic converter).
If you mean something else, leave a comment and I will investigate further.

Here are some possible causes.

Air leaks at the exhaust manifold or in the exhaust pipes.
Catalytic converter damaged or has failed (deteriorated).
Front O2 Sensor older (aged) than the rear O2 Sensor (O2 is lazy).
Front O2 or rear O2 is contaminated with fuel or moisture.
