I have a 2005 Hyndai Tiburon. I have had a huge loss of power when driving up hills. The engine light came on and I bought a trouble code reader. The trouble code is P0130, Bank 1 Sensor 1. I have tried to buy a repair manual and the local repair shops do not sell them for my car.
How do I fix a Bank 1 Sensor 1 problem in my hyndai.

Have the engine computer scanned for trouble codes. Misfires are from loss of fuel, spark, or compression. Check the fuel pressure, check that all spark plugs are getting spark, and if all good so far, test engine compression. Low compression in a cylinder will cause misfires and loss of power.
It could also be a vacuum leak- a loose or cracked vacuum hose or an intake gasket leak.
Anytime the check engine light comes on, you get the computer scanned for trouble codes to find out where to look. When the warning light is on, the computer is either bypassing a sensor or is in limp mode to get you to a garage. So the mileage and power is going to be less than normal, sometimes alot less. Remember, the trouble codes are only a guide, not a sure thing on what to replace. Components have to be tested before they are replaced.
code p0130 refers to heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1 bank 1---circuit malfunction causes ---heating inoperative---poor connection---wiring--- HOS I would replace the sensor with a genuine unit to match the cpu settings
how does it break???? it must not be installed properly, what happened to the first one??? theres no reason one should break??? I think a qualified repair shop should look at it and determine what is wrong before you spend any more money on a TPS.
The check engine light usually comes on when there is a faulty sensor. or circuit. Sounds like you may have a faulty throttle position sensor. It would be best to have engine codes read to pinpoint exact problem area. Many part stores do this for free.
THE VERY 1ST THING YOU DO IS HAVE THE SYSTEM FOR THE TROUBLE CODE THAT IS STORED INTO MENORY WHEN THE LIGHT COMES ON, THERE ARE 100'S OF POSSIABLE REASONS SO THE TROUBLE CODE TEST IS VITAL, YOU WILL NEED THE DEALER TO RUN THIS TEST.
First thing that comes to my mind is a vaccum hose. My girlfriends car did this and i fixed it with a piece of 3$ hose. If the light is on you can take it to your local parts store and they can hook it up to a device that gives them the trouble code. They can then tell you what is wrong with it. Do not let them sell you any parts until you confirm that this is the problem. They sold my g/f a 300$ mass air flow sensor when the vaccum hose was all that was needed. Have a friend rev up the engine while you listen for a whistling noise under the hood. If you hear one this could be your problem. You could also have electrical issues such as a bad coil pack.
