I have a 1997 Chevy Lumina and the turn signals do not work. The hazards work, but can't see the lights on the dashboard. Also the horn does not work.

Question edited for a lot more clarity.
Question moved to model category.

It might be the flasher relay and it might be the horn relay although horns tend to seize up through lack of use. the flasher relay is is separate to the Hazards relay which is often part of the switch.

I am having problems with rear brake lights, checked all bulbs, replaced brake switch, fuses checked, loose wires, both running lights and signal work, car is a2001 chevy lumina

Check the turn signal switch. especially if the center brake is the only brake light that comes on when you step on the brake pedal. Sometimes wiggling the switch will get the brake lights to work momentarily.

How do i change the turn signal switch on a 98 Chevy Lumina

It is the turn signal switch all together. I have owned that same care for about 5 years now and every two years it goes bad. It is just a glitch in them. Cost is around 80 for the part plus labor.
