Cruze - hot air from driver side and cold from passenger

Hello all, hoping someone here can help me with my dilemma. I have a 2009 Holden/Chevy Cruze CDX. The problem started in summers when the air con was not blowing cold enough air. I re-gassed the unit but didn't help. The driver side vents were slightly cold but passenger side was normal room temp. Took to air con shop and they put the computer on and found a error code for air con panel. At the same time they cleared the code. Disconnected the battery and. After 10 mins air con was working as good as new. After I got home and restarted the car it went back to how it was. I replaced the air con panel and cleared the code again however this time it didn't fix the issue. Now it's winters and when I turned the temp to extreme hot, driver side vents blow warm not hot air but passenger side blows normal temp. I thought it could be the blend door actuator. I removed the actuator to find it working perfectly. It rotates the joint perfectly to full circle. Other actuators - air flow and outside air actuator also work perfectly. These 3 actuators were on the passenger side. I am not sure what else could be wrong. I am running out of options. Any help will be appreciated.
