SOURCE: Rear wiper Ford Explorer 1998 won't work.

Look for the fuse for the rear wiper motor is a 15 amp mini-fuse , in location # 8 of your POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX in the engine compartment. Check in the PD BOX for; - relay # 8 is the rear wiper down relay , and - relay # 10 is the rear wiper up relay .

SOURCE: where is the horn located on a 1998 ford explorer

The horn is usually between the radiator and grill Assembly. The fuse is in fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side. Look at the lid and it shows the fuse placement and there use.

SOURCE: 1998 FORD CONTOURWhere do you find the Maxi Fuse

Hey Willy..The maxi fuse is located under the coil pack. Remove the four screws (9/32" socket) and look about 8" below where the coil pack was sitting. You may have to remove one of the spark plug wires to be able to move the coil pack out of the way. The maxi fuse looks like a box about one inch wide and four inches long with a red battery type wire coming out of each end. With a multimeter set on continuity check for continuity on each end of the "box" by touching both wire ends with the probes. If there is continuity the fuse is good if there is no continuity then your altenator may be shot. Go to a parts dealer or equivilant and have your altenator tested before you try to remove/replace it. Hope this helps..WF

SOURCE: How do I reset my computer in my 1998 ford

First clean the idle air control valve with a non-chlronated brake cleaner and a wire brush or replace it then reset your computer by either using a scan tool,or pulling the ECM fuse out then put it back or take the ground cable off the battery for 30 seconds. The IAC Valve is whats causing it to idle high.
