The transmission shift solenoids are located in the valve body, which is in the transmission. If you remove the transmission pan you will see the valve body. I believe any faulty shift solenoids are serviced as an entire valve body on the Avengers.
This is a common problem with the Avengers and appears to be a manufacturer's problem that they fail to acknowledge. Here is a link to one of the many forums that list this problem. You can read for yourself the problem you are facing.
Do the power windows an locks work ? Check for broken wires inside door rubber . This boot has wires inside an after years of opening door wires break . Is there door ajar symbol lit on the instrument cluster ?
The dash lights are powered by or thru the body computer. The headlight switch and dash dimmer switch signal the body computer to power the dash lights. You may need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams necessary to troubleshoot the circuit.
This is becoming a known problem. The heater core is plugged from the factory it must be replaced. I am a service writer at a dealer and we are putting heater cores in 200 and avengers left and right.
Get some lock deicer to fix it temporarily.... if you can get it in a heated garage or wait until a semi mild day and spray it with some spray grease to displace the moisture.......the spray grease should be something you do about 4 times a year to keep them free and working hope this helps....good luck!
