P2118 Throttle Actuator Control Motor Current. Range performance problem. P2118 sets when the power supply voltage to the throttle actuator motor is out of range. The throttle actuator motor has its own regulated power supply in the PCM. If the supply voltage is less than 4 volts, the system shuts down, the code will set and the MIL will illuminate. p2118 means low juice battery, recharge the battery or install a new one. however your battery still good (some what) then start the car and let it idle to charge the bat.
