P2118 Throttle Actuator Control Motor Current. Range performance problem. P2118 sets when the power supply voltage to the
throttle actuator motor is out of range. The throttle actuator motor has
its own regulated power supply in the PCM. If the supply voltage is
less than 4 volts, the system shuts down, the code will set and the MIL
will illuminate. The normal operating range for the power supply is 9 to
