Fluid level is low so under acceleration it sloshes to the rear uncovering the sensor coasting it covers the sensor so you need to top it up

Lost acceleration, steering and engine cut off. Oil light came on. What could be wrong?

Oil light came on? Yikes! That's about the worst thing that can happen to the engine. Don't try to run the engine or you will completely ruin it. Can you check the oil level or have someone else check it? Did something happen that would have caused the oil to leak out of the engine (like going over a curb and bottoming out)? Did you have someone or a shop change the oil? Maybe the oil drain plug wasn't properly replaced.
Get the proper type and quantity of oil into the engine before you try anything else. Good luck and I hope it's not too late.

2004 Jaguar X-type 3.5 engine code p1745, p0128, p1111. Engine light came on with no obvious signs of malfunctioning, drove about 200 miles, red circle and exclamation indicator came on - when...

Take the Jag down and get a look at it and get it inspected. Cars tend to spring up on people like this. The light goes off, you check, you think it is fine. But later, it just so happens that it isn't.

2000 nissan maxima 110000 miles original owner: transmission slips or seems to disengage while driving rpms go up but no go. Coast for a bit and it all comes back together. It may do fine for many miles...

Check your fluid level but if that is good you need to have the transmission checked. Not what anyone really wants to hear but you have a transmission problem that needs to be repaired.

"wrench" light came on and accelerator stop working in traffic

crunk it up ,that's good english . Cranked it up How many miles on the vehicle ! The wrench light is a warning light for the transmission or the electronic throttle control .All new vehicle's have electronic throttle control , there are position sensor's in the APP an in the throttle body an they ware out . It's your responsibility to keep it maintained . Not just to jiffy lube !To the Dealer to have diagnostic's run on the electronics. Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor vs. Throttle Position Sensor

Transmission shudder

I had a similar problem on my 93 Accord after I accidentally threw the car in reverse at 50 mph, obviously wrecking the transmission. When I got it rebuilt I was told the transmission pump was to blame (clogged with "shrapnel"). I, and your car manual, recommend taking the car in to get the tranny looked at. Especially considering you just had the fluid changed which is what would normally cause the problems you are describing.
