I'd guess there are 20 to 30 such devices. I recommend a repair manual. Or you may be able to google images for a picture or diagram for the specific fuse and or relay you are looking for.

SOURCE: need to locate the relay 303 fuse on a 2003 Ford

Here is some information about your problem. If you go to motorcraftservice.com you may be able to see the Owners manual. Starting about page 249 are the fuse and relay Sections. From what the Manual shows, the Relays from 301 to 305 are part of the fusebox.

If you want to service this yourself, go to QCComponents.com. Their part# is 20Z0A11B for the orignial Omron F8VF-BA Relay that is in there. Some people just unsolder the old and replace with the new and solder it in.

This Relay is for your Fuelpump, Fuelpump monitor, and the PCM. It is at location 303.

I would recommend Browsing the F150 and FourWheeling Forums for Technical information about this part and installation. I hope my solutions are very helpful to you.

Hi!!
The fuel pump relay is integral to the Central Junction Box ( CJB ) and is not serviceable Applies to, but not limited to the following models: Expedition / Navigator -- 2003 - 2006 Excursion -- 2002 - 2005 F-Super Duty 250-550 -- 2002 - 2007

SOURCE: which fuse is for the

The fuse for the fuel pump is located in the fuse panel in the vehicle (see picture of location below) and will be in the number 12 position and should be a 15 amp fuse (picture of layout of fuses below). Also just to be on the safe side and wanted to make sure but did you check the fuel pump cutoff switch? If you haven't the location for that is in the rear quarter panel on the drivers side of the vehicle near the liftgate. I believe there is a cover on it so you may need to pull an access cover to find it. I also gave you a picture of that as well if you need it. I hope this helps you and good luck.

2005 Ford Expedition. How to bypass Relay 302 with external relay?

Question edited for clarity, and typo, it is a Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve (PCV), not a Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Valve :>)

Just take the Power distribution board to an auto electrician and he can replace the socket connectors.

I have a 2005 ford expedition and the motor for the air bags won't come on to inflate the shocks what do i do

There are several possible solutions. I could say to find your Owners Manual and go the fuse chart and replace the fuse for the air pump. You would have a defect to cause the fuse to break and it would happen again. So you need to find the cause.

If the fuse is ok then there is a problem making the air pump work. The air pump will only work when all the doors and the back are shut. It can be as simple as the cargo door not being shut. Your air pump motor may be bad. Some models have a RELAY to control the air pump once the signal from the doors and cargo lid reach the relay.

Some more expensive Scanners can read the the entire air suspension system. This will show you what you want to know.

Beware of the people who tell you that replacement kits can eliminate the air ride system. Its a lot of money to pay for replacing a minor part like a doorjam switch or a relay. A well equipped home mechanic can do something like swap out these systems, but it can be dangerous and the tools cost money.

2005 ford expedition ac relay

You need factory wiring diagrams to work on any vehicle
If a fuse blows, it does so for a reason,& replacing it,is
not a fix.
Need a shop to work on the issue
If you loose one relay in 60 years of driving, that would be
a lot,so forget that, leave relay testing to people with
those skills

WHERE CAN I FIND THE LOCATION OF THE RELAY FUEL PUMP TO MY 2005 FORD EXPEDITION. THE SUV KEEPS ON TRYING TO START, BUT IT'S NOT READING THAT GAS IS PASSING THROUGH AND WE USED STARTER FLUID AND IT TURNED...

Relay in fuse box under hood most are square and gray. The inside lid of box should tell you which one. If relay is OK then get ready to buy a fuel pump.

No power too my ac compressor on my 2005 ford expedition.i check all fuses/relays i also have power too all my p/switchs

Assuming you dont have a leak which would cause the system to not come on, it is possible the low pressure switch on the system has gone bad preventing system operation.

The fuse panel for my 2005 expedition is not where the owners manual states that it should be. I bought it used so I'm not sure I have the correct manual.

Main fuse panel, Interior front, passenger side, kick panel, pull that off, to get the fuse cover off pull from bottom. Cover has numbers but no names for fuse locations. MANY items are clumped together, (radio antenna, with rear wiper motor, sunroof) etc.
