I need instructions on installing turbo kit on 2.4L 2004 eclipse

I need accurate torque specifications for rod and I need accurate torque specifications for rod and main bearing caps for a 2.0 liter eclipse turbo 90 help plis

it depends on the turbo. generally you need to change the manifold to one that has a t3 flange, change the down pipe to one that matches up to the turbo, plug the oil feed to the turbo and run a new one (usually off the head or T'd into the oil pressure sensor, if the new turbo doesn't have coolant ports you need to plug the coolant lines that went to the old turbo, modify the intercooler piping off the turbo, you may need a different intake tube, and if the new turbo doesn't have a internal wastegate you will need an external one and the manifold will need an external wastegate flange.

Before you start on your turbo kit, you need to make sure you can tune your PCM for the added turbo kit and that you have an fuel system to support the extra boost.
The turbo kit installation is the easy part, having the fuel system and PCM program is another. Not having the right program will cause you an expensive project, keep me posted, be glad to help you get your turbo installed without additional expensive cost.

Make sure your engine IS DESIGNED to accept a turbo

Otherwise you will blow the engine.

I recently had this problem with a supercharger and it was actually that extra belt that controls the supercharger (hopefully in your case turbo)the pully actually broke that may be your problem their fairly cheap to replace and re install

If your planing on swaping the 2.0 non-turbo(420a) to the 2.0 turbo(4g63t) your problem will be that the motor and transmission are on opposite side of one another. My GST has the trans on the passenger side and the motor on the driver. The 420a is just the opposite. If your serious about it you should get the motor rebuilt with higher performance crank, pistons, rods, exc.  And they make turbo kits for the 420a.  But you'll need better fuel delivery and some mild tuning.

I think you mean 1995 . Anyway there should be a band that came with it it has two hole's in one at one side and one on the other. some times your kit will come with two of these "C" shaped bands because on the eclipse.there are four bolt holes in the coil itself. now it is located in the top of the motor on the 2.0 motor both turbo and non turbo. Its the black ugly thing with four wires sticking out of it . just put the coil cover over this ugly thing and c
screw it down. Good luck man.

okay, for a 16g on a 2g you should get an install kit. its the easiest way to do it. you could also piece your own together. i would recomend getting one HERE .

now i hope your 16g came with a wastegate actuator because you can't use the one off of the T25. if it didn't come with one, you can use a 1g actuator off of either the 14b or the 13g.

now, the internal wastegate/wastegate actuator isn't adjustable.
for more boost, you can get a boost controller, or
if you want to increase your boost by 2-3psi you can remove the restrictor in the wastegate solenoid. here is a step-by-step guide for removing it.
(if you want to run more boost than that your gonna want to get larger fuel injectors first.)

if your just running a stock ecu, no tuning is required. but if you already have a tunable system (like DSM Link, E-manage, AEM or even a SAFC) it wouldn't hurt to adjust the tune a little.
