I already changed the cylinder head temperature sensor in my ford expedition 2006 4wD eddie bauer but I Still have the check engine light on & same code p1289. What can I do now? Please help me

you need to see a ford technician I think, sorry it is not much of an answer but you cannot possibly work through al the possibilities that are keeping that light on, they are so numerous. I believe that after a light comes on a diagnostic / service computer is used to switch it off. Merely performing a repair does not turn it off automatically, you give ford technology too much credit.

Your good
I would still remember, that all ford COP Coils have issues, from 1998 thru today
The Coolant Temp Sensor, should put it into closed loop, after it warms up---then the O2 Sensors can do their thing. That's one item
O2 Sensors slow to swing--maybe,need to test
Converter partially blocked-a bit of a stretch, but don't rule out.
I would buy one new coil, and walk it down from cyl to cyl, tough on that engine, but I put my money there
