    I think you have to know what you are talking about before you ask a question and then leave a comment, I do know what I am talking about , if you learn how to spell english words , then someone may help you , I bet yo meant ball shifter ball , you turn it to the left to take it off and turn it right to tighten it ,go back to school and take english

You mean shifter bulb , take the cover off and change the bulb go on your tube or a manual to see how it is done this should be pretty easy to do ,
