Nick, I would start with the easiest things first and do a simple elimination until you figure out exactly why it won't start. #1 Spark plugs. #2 Spark plug wires. #3 ignition coils.#4 air/fuel filter. #5 Fuel injectors. #6 Fuel pump. #7 Electronic control module(ECM)/computer. If these things I have stated are replaced with new, then there is no reason it shouldn't start. I gave you this list as easiest to hardest to replace. You may find that the problem is only with the spark plugs, then obviously you have detected the issue and do not need to continue replacing components. I hope this helps, and good luck. ^^

I had this same problem about 3 weeks ago. The battery only had 10 volts (it's supposed to have 12). So it was enough power to turn on the lights on the dashboard, but not enough to turn over the car. It was a duralast battery, I took it to Autozone. The battery had a lifetime warranty and since it only lasted like 2 years, they replaced it for free.

SOURCE: step by step instuctions on how to do oil change
Before attempting this locate the oil filter and be sure YOU can access it comfortably with a filter wrench.
You will also need to locate the drain plug on the lowest portion of the underside of the engine oil pan. The plug likely has an Allen key insert so be certain you have the correct wrench to match, along with matching filter and oil pan plug seal..
Rotate the plug counter clockwise to loosen. I change and drain mine with the oil filler cap off so air can help the drainage. Then I unscrew the filter and reinstall a fresh one being certain the gasket are is clean on the engine surface.
Reinstall fresh filter hand tight, two hands. Install drain plug by hand so as not to cross thread with a fresh seal if required, hand tighten with wrench. Then fill resevoir with at least 4 ltrs recommended oil checking dipstick so as not to overfill.
After starting check for any drips of clean fresh oil;

Sounds more like the Alternator or Voltage regulator is not charging the battery correctly. Have the Alternator checked. If you remove it and take it to Auto Zone or Advance Auto they should be able to test it for you.

Mate, Maybe you should pull a spark plug out, Plug it back into the spark plug lead and earth it to the body to see if there's a spark when you turn the motor, If it sparks then it's a fuel problem If no spark then it's coil (electrical) /// I had trouble with a bad connection in the coil wiring harness, after the motor cut out as I was driving I'd move the harness around and would get spark.... CHEERS...
