SOURCE: The color of the wires from my old and new radio dont match up!?
Jags are definitely a pure breed. The new radio most likely has writing on the wires that tell where they are to be connected to. I take that back. I just checked the wiring of an older model JVC unit and there or not listings. If your radios doesn't have writing just remember Orange(or yellow) is illumination, and it goes to the fuse block; red is power, going to the fuse block; the big black one is the ant.; the little one is the ground to the chassis. The others are speakers. Connect them to the colors they are closely resembling in your Jag. Connect the power and turn on your radio. You can reconnect the lines to the correct speaker by checking each speaker. hope this helps.
