'Fire' and 'Start' and normally the same thing, do you mean 'crank no start' or do you mean you have verified you have a spark?

The fuel pump can be checked for operation by listening for it, and it can also be checked from fuel pressure by connecting a gauge at the fuel rail. Did you buy OEM quality or a cheap one from Mexico or China?

You could also check the operation of the fuel pump relay.

The fuel pump relay is bad its causing the fuel pump to stay on and not shut the car off.

can you confirm you have spark, fuel and injector pulse

additionally, what is the cranking speed of the engine?

It is inside the fuel tank.

Check to see if you have a humming sound for a few seconds when you put the key in "on" position. If not, check the fuel pump relay. Just swap it out with one that looks the same. The A/C relay is the same. If it starts, replace the relay. If you replace the relay and it still doesn't start. most likely the fuel pump module has failed. The fuel pump module is located insde the fuel tank.

2001 Chrysler Town and Country- Won't start. Turn over. It acts like the fuel is not getting to the engine. After many attempts , it starts and runs like there are no problems. The car has 120,000 and has never had a problem. Is the fule pump bad?
