Im not quite sure what bypassing heater coil has to do with aircon leak, unless you mean there's coolant leaking from under dash, if coolant is leaking, remove hoses at firewall and follow them back to engine, you can use one of them to bridge from one to the other. Or put a connector between the hoses
SOURCE: Is there a diagram online
You need to connect the inlet hose and the outlet hose going to the heater core together. The hose will enter on the passenger side at the firewall. If you look carefully you should be able to find them.

SOURCE: 2003 Dodge 1500 with 4.7L V8 has slight heater coil leak
The factory heater core has a swivel type spout to connect the heater hose. It is secured by a rubber gasket and crimped aluminum fastener. This is a poor design and tends to leak with heavy usage. If you notice coolant dripping on your floorboard this is likely the cause and the core will need replacing. In most cases this requires a portion of the dashboard to be removed. My 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 is on it's 3rd heater core and hopefully the last.

Thanks i went ahead yesterday and done it, one hose from the top of raidator heading under of van to the left and then another nose coming from the right of the raidator which was noticable under the flywheel.they then ran along side each other till went up into heater core underdash.so under the van i released the clips and after a while because they where stuck on heater core pipes, the coolant with leak out if the hoses are down, but prob easist is to just let it drain,i then found some pipe around the house that would fit the hose ok,found some hose clips,i put the clips on that where already on the van as well as hose clamps just to be sure there would be no chance of them coming off when doing a 100down the motorway, that is how i bypassed the heater ,seems to be right
