They probably share the same fuse. Sounds like cig lighter coil is shorted and "fiddling around" blew the fuse. Replace the fuse and try a different lighter coil.

look under ur dashs fuse box covers for a white label which should tell u of the locateion of the fr-acc fuse or rr-acc socket fuse location. replace the burnt fuse or fuses.(acc = accessory)

Yes there is a fuse corresponding to this which has cut off. It is located in the car under the driver frontage.

replace the whole thing! just pull it out. it may have a clip or not. then unplug it.

Fuse number 27, under the dash panel. fuse panel underneath your dash on drivers side. ------------------ For more help:-- the fuse is for the 'accessory socket' and it is in the fuse box under the instrument panel to the left of the steering wheel. open the fuse panel cover and you'll see three rows of fuses.the fuse for the accessory socket is on the bottom row of fuses and is the 7th fuse in from the left side as you look at the fuse box. it will say 10A on it. the fuse to the left of the accessory socket fuse will have a 20A on it and the one to the right will have a 10A.

replace the fuse with a 10amp fuse. there may be spare fuses with your fuse box and a fuse puller that looks like a small set of tweezers. look on the inside of the fuse box cover to see if they have spare fuses in the fuse box. if not you'll have to buy one. just take off the 4 screws holding the lower dash piece..check the cig harness to make sure it's secured..check fuse 10amp on driver side..it's the fuse with tail lamps,instrument panel , etc.
