Did any one adjust the minimum idle ? Do you have a check engine light lit ? What does it idle at with the IAC valve disconnected ? Did you try cleaning the throttle plate , maybe varnished up ! This is where you really need a scan tool to check engine data PID'S . With a scan tool you can check TPS throttle position sensor angle , IAC counts , You could spray carburetor cleaner around intake an check for vacuum leaks ! most likely not the fuel filter- try plugs and wires... could be a number of things, if the vehicle runs fine while in park and doesnt hesitate, most likely is sprk plugs and wires or a transmission problem...

If it's not idling and has problems starting, it's probably the IAC motor. It's located on the throttle body. Follow the airfilter box all the way to the engine, where the rubber flex hose attaches. The throttle body should be the first aluminum part you come to. Attached to the side you'll find small little aluminum part with a small wire harness attached. Unplug it, take the IAC motor off and clean inside with carb cleaner. This should fix the problem with the idle.

I believe that one of your tires is low on air causing the pressure monitor to kick in. Check all your tires to make sure the inflated to the proper PSI which will be located on one of the door jambs
