You have created an overheating problem by replacing the radiator and the thermostat and not ensuring that there was no air lock in the cooling system
The fan is now constantly running because the coolant sensor is reading a high coolant temperature
First step is to ensure that there is not an air lock in the cooling system by bleeding the air out and if the fan still runs then check the way the thermostat was installed
