My car fan come on when the car at normal temp constantly. I just replaced a cracked radiator and thermostat. Now my car fan constantly run when the car is in park or stand still

You have created an overheating problem by replacing the radiator and the thermostat and not ensuring that there was no air lock in the cooling system
The fan is now constantly running because the coolant sensor is reading a high coolant temperature
First step is to ensure that there is not an air lock in the cooling system by bleeding the air out and if the fan still runs then check the way the thermostat was installed

With the thermostat out you should see a lot of circulation. If not investigate water pump. Is the fan electric fan working? Bypass the relay and run the fan whenever the engine is running. If it doesn't overheat with the fan running then investigate fan control. make sure the coolant is topped off and use a thermometer in the radiator to verify temperature.

replace the fan relay because if the points are stuck , the fan will be getting power all the time
easy check when the fan is running , pull the relay and the fan will stop
put it back in and if the fan starts up again , it is the relay

Check your fan belt, water thermostat, radiator, water, oil,. The best one is to overhaul your radiator or replace new one.

The thermostat on the radiator opens by heat automatically. The fan switch is run by the Engine temp Sensor and the ECM. If your fan is not running it is most likely a problem with the fan or the Temp sensor, I would look at the fan first.

Radiator fans don't keeping running to keep the temp constant of the coolant
the fan only runs when the coolant temp reaches 225-230 degrees F, the temp will not remain constant, it will climb towards hot and then the fan will engage and bring it down, this is normal operation

My radiator crack right in the middle of last summer. I patched it with a two parts epoxy glue because i didn't have any money to replace it and it was working righ until cracked again then i stoped using...
some times when the coolant runs low it will burn the thermostat and that will stop the flow just replace rad thermost and let it idel in drive way until the fans come on should come on between 226 and 236 degrees.if they dont come on turn ac on if equiped or defrost and they should come on. hope this helps Thunderboltz

My Caravan radiator fans run constantly and the temp gage never moves off "cold". The engine is not overheating. I have replaced the temp sensor and the thermostat. No change.
The temperature sensor may be controlling the fan via a relay; these can fail by welding the contacts together remaining permanently 'on.'
Locate the fuse (and possibly relay) box, check inside the cover for a layout that identifies which fuse or relay controls the fan; they are often on their own fuse and definitely on their own relay.
