SOURCE: my key won't come out when in park 93 lexus 300
known problem w/toyota not sure if lexus falls under same campaign or nto you would need to contact your dealer (toyota campaign was N05)however the problem is a sticking interlock solenoid its location is on the bottom of ign column about 2 inches down from key slot 2 screws and one 2pin connector you can just remove the solenoid and car will operate normally excect you could be able to remove key while engine is running good luck and please rate this
